14. Charcoal making experience
Charcoal is essential for the life in the countryside in wintertime. In Autumn it starts to make charcoal with oaks. Let’s experience some processes of charcoal making such as taking out charcoal from the kiln and putting woods in the kiln with Mr.Fukuo Miyazono & Mr. Kouta Komori who have been working to link mountainous area with cities. The day will be an opportunity to think over the sustainable way to keep mountains and forests as well.
